This design by From the Heart features pink and blue geometric floral patterns with a couple of wreathed blue birds on either side of a heart! The text "April" also appears wreathed with leaves and little pink blossoms.

Model stitched on 40ct Platinum Newcastle Linen using Classic Colorworks thread. Stitch count: 79w x 115h.
